The objectives of the Southeastern Chapter Technologist Section shall be to promote communication and dissemination of knowledge; to promote continued education and research in the field of Nuclear Medicine Technology through meetings and other activities throughout the geographical area of and under the auspices of the Southeastern Chapter of the Society of Nuclear Medicine; and to promote the development and identification of Nuclear Medicine Technology as a profession.  The Chapter Section shall assist technologists in forming state organizations or local groups, whichever is more feasible for the area of concern.
